Monitoring

Identify API error rates are back to nominal levels, and the dashboard is available for all users.

We are monitoring for any other fluctuations, and investigating the root cause.

Identified

The dashboard is still down for all users.

The identify API is showing elevated error rates and increased latency. Normal event tracking is behaving normally.

Our systems team has identified the degraded systems, and is preparing a fix.

Investigating

We're currently experiencing downtime in the dashboard. Data collection has not been affected. We're investigating the cause and will provide an update as soon as possible.
