During the maintenance window, updates to your Heap JS (v4 and v5) and snapshot changes will not be reflected. After the maintenance, there will be a delay as we process the backlog of Heap JS config updates. Additionally, session replays, heatmaps, and replay project creation or settings updates will be temporarily unavailable.

Data ingestion will not be impacted, and no data will be lost.
