Monitoring

We have identified the cause to be an expensive maintenance operation taking down several database machines, most of which have come back online. The remaining machines should come back online, and we are currently monitoring this process. No data has been lost, data collection not affected.

Dashboard queries are taking longer than expected and are failing for some customers. Our engineering team is investigating.
