The outage has been resolved. Customers can now successfully set up a new Slack integration within the app. Customers who already have an existing Slack integration are not affected.

We are currently experiencing an issue with our Slack integration. Customers will not be able to set up a new Slack integration. Existing Slack integrations will still continue to work. We have identified the cause and are working on a fix. We will provide an update in one hour.
