We will be performing an upgrade of our infrastructure on Sunday, November 3rd, between 9 am and 6 pm, US Pacific time.

During this maintenance window, Connect syncs will be paused. Data sent to Heap will be collected normally, and the app will remain available and usable, though some queries may take longer to run.

Once the maintenance is completed, all data sent to Heap during the window will be synced to Connect warehouses at the next regularly scheduled time.
