Identified

We have resolved the underlying issue that was causing identify requests to time out or return 500's.

The dashboard will be unavailable for up to 10 minutes.

Investigating

Our dashboard and identify API collection endpoints are sending sporadic 5xx messages starting at 2 PM PDT. Our normal data tracking endpoints are working as expected.

We're actively looking into the issue, and hope to have a resolution ASAP.
