The Salesforce data-in backfill stopped running at 03:06 PT on November 6th, and did not run again until it was redeployed at 14:45 PT on November 12th.

No data from Salesforce was brought into Heap during this outage.

Data sent from Heap to Salesforce could have been incomplete or outdated during this outage.

After 16:03 PT on November 12th, Salesforce data in Heap was up-to-date (all missing data was backfilled successfully).

Data sent from Heap to Salesforce on November 13th was complete and up-to-date.
